1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the self‑service dog wash facilities (“Facilities”) provided by Splish Splash, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. General Use of Facilities
- Facilities are available 24/7 on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
- All washing equipment (shampoo, conditioner, dryer, towels, tools) is provided. Courtesy samples are subject to availability.
- Customers are responsible for bathing their own dogs. Assistance is not provided unless booked through Stylin’ Dogs Grooming.
- Grooming (clipping, trimming, dematting, shaving) is not permitted in the self‑service tubs.
- Multi‑Dog Use: Customers must purchase a Multi‑Dog Token or Multi‑Dog Package when washing more than one dog. Misuse of the facility by washing more dogs than purchased may result in suspension or cancellation of access without refund.
3. Health & Safety Requirements
- Dogs must be leashed entering and exiting the facility and secured with a provided neck tie during the wash.
- Do not bring dogs who are ill, in heat, aggressive, or carrying parasites (fleas/ticks).
- If your dog exhibits aggressive or unsafe behaviour, you may be asked to stop the wash for everyone’s safety.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No public restroom is available.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers accept full responsibility for their dog’s behaviour and safety.
- Customers must clean the bath after use: rinse the tub, disinfect, place towels in the hamper, return all products.
- Customers agree not to allow any person other than themselves to enter using their token.
- Any misuse, mistreatment of equipment, or failure to follow instructions may result in charges or refusal of service.
5. Digital Access Tokens
- Access is provided through a QR Code Token issued after purchase.
- Tokens are individual and non‑transferable.
- Customers must not open the door for others or share their token.
- Lost tokens may be reissued upon request.
6. Payment & Pricing
- Payment is required prior to entry.
- Prices are visible on the website and may adjust without prior notice.
- Packages may include expiration dates. Unused credits after expiry are forfeited.
- Promotions, discounts, and offers apply only as specified at purchase.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Self‑serve washes and packages are non‑refundable once purchased.
- Subscription holders may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds apply.
- If equipment prevents completion of a wash, contact customer support for assistance or remedy.
8. Damage to Property
- Customers are responsible for any damage caused by improper use of equipment or facilities.
- Theft, vandalism, and misuse may result in charges or legal action.
9. Code of Conduct
Customers must behave respectfully and responsibly. Splish Splash may suspend access for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive conduct.
10. Modifications
Splish Splash may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the facilities constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
